By Article 1 this Order removes a restriction which prevents charges being made in respect of the long- term care of persons received into guardianship and required by the Minister to reside in a hospital under Article 16 of the Mental Health (Jersey) Law 1969.
Article 2 gives the title by which this Order may be cited and provides for it to come into force on the day after it is made.
The Order was made on 9th June 2016 and came into force on 10th June 2016.
