Road Traffic ( Trinity ) (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Order 2017.
This Order amends the Road Traffic ( Trinity ) (Jersey) Order 1988, the "principal Order" as defined in Article 1.
Article 2 amends Article 5 of the principal Order and Article 4 adds a new Schedule 4 to that Order the effect of which is to restrict vehicles in excess of 6 feet 6 inches wide from driving along La Rue du Grès. The restriction does not apply to vehicles requiring access to any property in that road or road cleaning vehicles.
Article 3 amends Schedule 2 to the principal Order the effect of which is to –
- make minor changes to prohibited waiting sections on La Route de la Trinité;
- prohibit waiting on part of La Rue du Pont; and
- extend the existing prohibited waiting on Le Mont de Rozel.
Article 5 gives the title of this Order and provides for it to come into force 7 days after it is made. The Order was made on 23rd March 2017 and comes into force on 30th March 2017.
