Immigration (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2019.

This Order amends the Immigration (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2017 ("principal Order") to make provision for the fees to be payable by EU citizens if under the Jersey Immigration Rules (as defined in Article 1 of the principal Order) provision is made for the making of an application for leave to remain in Jersey in relation to a person, who for the purposes of those Rules is to be regarded as an EU citizen, a family member of an EU citizen or a family member of a qualifying British citizen.

Where the application is in relation to a person aged 16 or over, the fee for the application, will be £25 and, where the application is in relation to a person under the age of 16, the fee will be £12.50.

The Order was made on 14th January 2019 and came into force on 15th January 2019.
