European Union (Regulations Related to United Kingdom Exit – Commencement) (Jersey) Order 2020.
This Order brings into force, at 11p.m. on 31st January 2020, a set of Regulations that provide for the effects of the United Kingdom ceasing to be a member State of the European Union. The Regulations commenced by this Article are –
- the European Union (United Kingdom Exit – Miscellaneous Amendments) (Jersey) Regulations 2019;
- Regulations 1 and 4 of the European Union (Financial Services – Miscellaneous Amendments) (Jersey) Regulations 2019; and
- Regulations 1, 6, 7 and 8 of the Intellectual Property (Unregistered Rights) (Application, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2019.
The Order was made on 20th January 2020 and came into force on being made.
