The Minister for External Relations will make a statement regarding Jersey's involvement in the U.K.- E.U. Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement.

UK-EU Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement inclusion of the P.170/2020. Bailiwick of Jersey.

Lodged: 24th December 2020, Council of Ministers.

Note: Because of the requirement for a six-week lodging period, the minimum lodging period of the proposition of the Council of Ministers will expire on Thursday 4th February 2021. The Chief Minister has therefore given notice of his intention to propose, in accordance with Standing Order 26(7), that the minimum lodging period for the proposition be reduced in order that it can be debated at the meeting.
