Notifiable Diseases (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020.

This Order updates the list of contagious and infectious diseases in the Schedule to the Notifiable Diseases (Jersey) Order 1988 by adding Covid-19 and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). Notification of such diseases is obligatory under Article 23 of the Loi (1934) sur la Santé Publique.

The Order was made on 6th March 2020 and came into force on 7th March 2020.
