REPORT

The Executive Committee of the Jersey Branch of the Assemblée Parlementaire de la Francophonie (formerly known as the Assemblée Internationale de Parlementaires de Langue Française) was last formally constituted on 11th April 2000.

The Connétable of St. Ouen, Deputy Le Main and the Deputy of St. John are currently members of the Executiv Committee under my chairmanship and there are 3 vacancies caused by the recent retirement from the States of Senator Pierre Francois Horsfall and the Deputy of St. Peter. The third vacancy had remained unfilled since the retirement of Mr. Carl Hinault as Connétable of St. John. I would, therefore, wish to nominate Senato Christopher Gerard Pellow Lakeman, Deputy Roy George Le Hérissier and Deputy Jennifer-Anne Bridge to fill these vacancies.
