THE STATES are asked to decide whether they are of opinion
to approve the appointment of Jurat Stanley John Le Cornu for the purpose of administering the income of the Ann Alice Rayner Fund in place of Sally Carolyn Ann Harris on, known as Jurat Le Brocq who, on 28th January 2010, ceased to hold the office of Jurat.

REPORT
The will of the late Ann Alice Blason, nee Colclough, provided for the setting-up of a fund to be known as the Ann Alice Rayner Fund. This Fund provides relief and pensions to persons in need who have given service in an honorary or remunerated administrative or clerical capacity to the Island or relief to sick and aged persons of either sex.
The administration of the Fund is carried out by 4 Jurats of the Royal Court selected by the States of Jersey.
The Superior Number of the Royal Court, by Act dated 28th June 2010, approved Jurat Stanley John Le Cornu to the Ann Alice Rayner Fund in place of Sally Carolyn Ann Harris on, wife of Philip Brayn and known as Jurat Le Brocq, on 28th January 2010 ceased to hold the office of Jurat.
The other Trustees of the Fund are Jurat P.J. Morgan, Jurat J.L. Le Breton and Jurat J. Clapham.
There are no financial or manpower implications for the States arising from this proposition.
