REPORT

The will of the late Greville Inverness Bathe provided for the setting up of a fund to be known as the Greville Bathe Fund. This Fund provides relief and pensions to persons in need who have given service in an honorary or remunerated administrative or clerical capacity to the Island, or relief to sick and aged persons of either sex.

The administration of the Fund is carried out by 4 Jurats of the Royal Court selected by the States of Jersey.

The Superior Number of the Royal Court, by Act dated 29th October 2012, approved the appointment of Jurat Paul Nicole to the Greville Bathe Fund in place of John Lyndon Le Breton, known as Jurat Le Breton, who on 7th August 2012 ceased to hold the office of Jurat.

The other Trustees of the Fund are Jurat P.J. Morgan, Jurat S. Le Cornu and Jurat J. Clapham.
