"In relation to the recent suspension of two senior police officers over the alleged assault of a woman on a boat in St. Helier , would the Minister advise -
- h o w long each officer wassuspended for,
- h o w muchwaseach officer paid during suspension,
- th e lengthof any investigation and the reasons for its length,
- h o w muchwas paid toThames Valley police for investigating this matter,
- th e total cost to the Home Affairs Department/States of Jersey Police for all of the costs as s o c iated with this case?"

- Both officers were suspended for a period slightly less than 18months.
- Both officers were suspendedon full pay during the periodof suspension, as is customary, the total of whichwas£249,020.
