The former Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police wrote to the Deputy Chief Executive on 31st March 2010 saying that he would wish to assist Mr Napier subject to clarification on aspects of the confidentiality and evidence obtained by Mr Napier. The Deputy Chief Executive clarified these issues in writing on 16th April 2010 along with other practical matters regarding records, professional advice and accompaniment.
