Will the Minister provide the following information of the performance of the Planning Department in processing planning and building applications since annual performance figures were last published by the Comptroller and Auditor General in 2010, such figures to include the following information –
- the number of planning and building applications determined;
- the number of applications approved;
- the number of applications rejected;
- the number of applications withdrawn;
- the number of applications for which decisions were outstanding at year end;
- the number of applications determined within 8 weeks;
- the number of applications determined within 13 weeks;
- the average time taken to determine applications; and,
- the number of requests for reconsideration?
