Will the Minister advise what percentage of the healthcare budget expenditure was for Long-Term Incapacity Allowance in 2021?

Long Term Incapacity Allowance (LTIA) is a contributory benefit paid from the Social Security Fund. Therefore, 0% percent of the healthcare budget expenditure was for Long-Term Incapacity Allowance in 2021.
