Hospital Review Panel: Outline Business Case
Thank you for providing the briefing to the Hospital Review Panel on the Outline Business Case (OBC') regarding Phase 1 of the New Healthcare Facilities Programme on Tuesday 6th August. As you will recall, the Panel discussed the confidential nature of the OBC in relation to the Panel's review, and the need for the Panel to publicly scrutinise its contents.
The Panel noted that you said you would consider your position further regarding what needs to be kept confidential. It would be helpful if you could clarify what parts of the OBC you would be prepared to make public, in order that the Panel can question these aspects, including at its Public Hearing currently scheduled to take place on 13th September 2024.
The Panel would be grateful if you could provide clarity in relation to this matter as soon as possible, but by no later than Wednesday 14th August 2024.
