PROPOSED GOVERNMENT PLAN 2024- 2027 (P.72/2023): FIFTH AMENDMENT A SCHEME FOR RIGHT-SIZING

The Panel is aware that the Proposed Government Plan 2024-2027 (P.72/32): Fifth Amendment, a scheme for right-sizing is due to be presented before the States Assembly before the 31st May 2024.

The Panel would be grateful if you could provide further information on how you intend to address the requirements of the amendment to develop a scheme which would encourage and incentivise right-sizing and what your timeline is for this work, including any timing for involving and briefing Scrutiny on the proposals?

The Panel would be grateful for your written response within five working days of receipt of this letter.
