SCRUTINY REVIEWS

  1. Redress and Accountability Systems in Jersey – addressing the Jersey Way' Review

To note and discuss a draft scoping document and Terms of Reference for a review of redress and accountability systems in Jersey and agree any changes of further actions

  1. Update Report – November 2019

To note the Review Panel's report was presented on Friday 8th November and note the Ministerial response is due on Monday 6th January 2020.

  1. Government Plan

To note the Government Plan Review Panel's final report was presented on Monday 11th November.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

  1. Work Programme and Remit of Panel
  1. To discuss the Review Panel's forward work programme.
  2. To note agreement from Scrutiny Liaison Committee for changes to Standing Orders relevant to the Review Panel.
  1. Public Hearing with the Minister for Children and Housing

To discuss the public hearing with the Minister that took place on 19th November and agree any follow up actions.

To receive feedback from the Chair from the recent Corporate Parenting Board meeting.

To note the Review Panels next meeting is due to take place at 10:30am on Monday 20th January 2020 in the Le Capelain Room, States Building.
