To approve the records of the meetings held on 8th, 11th, 14th (public and private) and 19th November and 3rd December 2019.

To receive and approve a scoping document and terms of reference for this review.

  1. Government Plan debrief

To discuss the Government Plan process and the scrutiny review process and identify key learning points and areas to improve on.

To  receive  an  update  from  Officers  regarding  the  Outline  Business  Case  for  the Government of Jersey's Office Strategy.

To review any recent Ministerial Decisions, consider any items of business in forthcoming States meetings which fall within the Panel's remit and consider any oral or written questions that the Panel may want to ask.

To agree the key points of communication arising from the meeting.
