- Records of Meetings
To note and approve the records of the meetings held on 19th and 22nd June 2020
- Meeting with Simon Harris on, Co-ordinator of End Cannabis Prohibition Jersey
To receive Simon Harris on to discuss his submission to the Panel in relation to the Building a Safer Society (BaSS) Strategy.
SCRUTINY REVIEWS
- Teacher Recruitment and Retention Review
- To note the Panels meeting to discuss the findings and recommendations arising from the review is due to take place at 3pm on Tuesday 7th July 2020 via Microsoft Teams.
- To note the report has been sent for fact checking with a response expected within three weeks.
- Covid-19 response
- To note and discuss the action logs for each Minister within the Panel's remit and to agree any areas or issues to follow up.
- To receive an update on any legislative developments within the Panel's remit in respect of Covid-19.
- To receive an update on the potential crossover of reviews in relation to the combined CSSP and EIA Scoping Document and that of the C&AG.

To receive a verbal update on actions arising from the previous meeting.
- Government Plan update
- To note and discuss, in light of the Covid-19 crisis, a spreadsheet demonstrating RAG ratings associated with projects examined by the Panel in the previous Government Plan Review.
To discuss and agree follow up questions in relation to the actions and projects in the previous Government Plan Review. - To note preparations for the review of the upcoming iteration of the Government Plan 2021.
- Deployment of Tasers by States of Jersey Police Officers
- To note and discuss the Scoping Document and Terms of Reference for a review of the Tasers proposition.
- To note the date and arrangements for the Panel to receive the demonstration at the States of Jersey Police headquarters.

To note arrangements for a briefing on the actions being undertaken in response to the survey.
- Quarterly Public Hearing with the Minister for Home Affairs
To note and discuss the question plan for the hearing with the Minister on Friday 10th July and to agree any follow up questions or actions.
