ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
- Records of Meetings
To approve the records of the meeting held on 14th January 2020. SCRUTINY REVIEWS
- Personal Tax Reform
To discuss and agree to an outline of the planned Comments Paper on Personal Tax Reform and receive any evidence submitted by stakeholders.
- Government Communications Plan
To receive and consider an advance copy of the Government of Jersey's Communications Plan 2020 and accompanying letter from the Assistant Chief Minister.
- Global Credit Outlook
To note that Standard and Poors have updated Jersey's credit outlook from negative to stable whilst maintaining the credit ratings at AA- and receive the accompanying report and press release from the Government of Jersey.

- Regulatory Integrity
To receive any documentation from Officers regarding the forthcoming briefing on Regulatory Integrity.
- Online Tax Filing System
To discuss the Panel's views on the demonstration of the new online tax filing system.
- Reported Errors in 2018 Tax Returns
To discuss the JEP article from 18th January, including the response from the Comptroller of Revenue.
- Social Security Fund
To discuss the JEP article from 7th January and statement from Treasury about potential use of the fund.

To discuss the Government's People Strategy (to follow)

To review any recent Ministerial Decisions, consider any items of business in forthcoming States meetings which fall within the Panel's remit and consider any oral or written questions that the Panel may want to ask.

To discuss potential lines of inquiry in preparation for the Panel's Quarterly Hearing with the Minister for Treasury & Resources on Tuesday 11th February.

To agree the key points of communication arising from the meeting.
