To note and approve the record of the meetings held on 13th, 27th, 29th October and 26th November 2020  

2. Private meeting with the Attorney General re Draft Wildlife (Jersey) Law

To receive the Attorney General to discuss areas of concern with the draft law at 10:30am

3. Public Quarterly Hearing – Minister for the Environment

To receive the Minister for the Environment for a public quarterly hearing at 11:30am  

4. Public hearing with Deputy Carolyn Labey and Sir Philip Bailhache re Foreshore Encroachment Policy Review

To receive Deputy Labey and Sir Bailhache for a public hearing in relation to the Foreshore Encroachment Policy at 2pm

SCRUTINY REVIEWS

5. Bridging Island Plan Review

To discuss and agree a Heads of Report

6. Draft Wildlife (Jersey) Law 202-

To discuss and agree next steps in relation to information gathering and possible amendments to the draft Law.

7. Foreshore encroachment policy

1. To debrief on discussions with the Minister in the recent public hearing
2. To discuss a question plan and prepare for the public hearing with Deputy Carolyn Labey
3. To discuss any stakeholder submissions received  

8. Government Plan

To note that the Panel's Government Plan report was presented to the States Assembly on 2nd December and a Ministerial Response is expected by 13th January 2021.
