To approve the minutes of 8th February 2021.

To declare interests in accordance with the Code of Practice.  

COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (C&AG)

  1. Links Between PAC Work Programme and C&AG Reports

To receive a presentation on the clear links between the work of the C&AG over the work of the C&AG over the last two years (and in 2021) to the work programme of the PAC.

  1. Governance Arrangements for Health and Social Care – Follow Up

To receive a project specification on the C&AG's follow up work on Governance Arrangements For Health and Social Care, as issued in January 2021.

PRIVATE BRIEFING

  1. Private Briefing from the Director General for Strategic Policy, Planning and  Performance on the Use of the Performance Framework

To receive a letter from the Chief Executive on the use of Citizens Panels/Juries.

To receive an update from the Chair regarding the creation of a PAC newsletter for circulation to States Members and others, with suggested items for inclusion.

  1. To receive an updated work programme for 2021;
  2. To consider the addition of further meetings for review Sub-Groups;
  3. To receive an updated work schedule for each PAC review.
