To review and approve minutes of Panel meetings held on 20th, 21st and 26th and 27th October 2022
SCRUTINY MATTERS
- Government Plan
To receive a verbal update from the officer in the progress of the review to include letters to Stakeholder, written correspondence to Government and any other forms of evidence gathering.
To note the timetable for deadlines to amendments and comments and discuss the Panel’s next steps, if any.
To discuss Panel comments to the Corporate Strategic Programme (CSP) due to be debated at the States sitting on 23rd November 2022.
To discuss the recently circulated question plans for the upcoming hearings with
• Minister for International Development – 15th November (Combined Quarterly and Government Plan 2023 – 2026)
• Minister for Treasury and Exchequer – 17th November (Minister in his capacity with responsibility for Financial Services as part of Government Plan 2023 – 2026)
• Minister for External Relations (Combined Quarterly and Government Plan 2023
– 2026)
- Technology Accelerator Fund (TAF)
To discuss the recently held joint briefing and workshop with CSSP on the TAF and to discuss the next steps, if any.

To note that the Panel’s next scheduled meeting will take place at 9am on the 15th November 2022 in Le Capelain Room, States Building and will include a combined Quarterly Public Hearing and Government Plan 2023 – 2026 Hearing with the Minister for International Development.
