To note and approve the records of the meetings held on 15th, 21st and 28th June 2023
- Public Quarterly Hearing with the Minister for Housing and Communities
To discuss a draft question plan and to receive the Minister and officers for a public quarterly hearing at 11:00am
SCRUTINY REVIEWS
- Bridging Liquid Waste Strategy 2023-26 Review
- To discuss the recent public review hearings and any further evidence gathering the panel wishes to conduct
- To receive an update from the officer on the advisor’s next steps, stakeholder feedback and to discuss timescales for the continuation of the review
- Draft Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 202- [P.40/2023]
- To discuss P.40/2023 and agree next steps in gathering stakeholder views to inform a comments paper and/or any proposed amendments to the proposition
