To note and approve the records of the meetings held on 27th June 2024 and 1st, 2nd, 9th and 12th July 2024.

SCRUTINY REVIEWS

  1. People and Culture Follow-up Review

To receive an update on the presentation of Scrutiny Report.

  1. P.29/2024 - Draft Statistics and Census (Jersey) Amendment Law 202- To receive an update and agree the timeline for presentation.
  2. Government Plan 2025-2028 Review
  1. To receive an update on the Government Plan 2025-28 workstream.
  2. To discuss the response received from the Chief Minister and agree any actions to follow.
  1. Corporate Services Sub-Panel: OECD Pillar 2 Implementation Review To receive an update on the work of the Sub-Panel.

To discuss the briefings held in relation to Occupational Health on 18th July and Modernisation and Digital on 22nd July and to agree any actions to follow.

To agree any further meetings/briefings to be scheduled and to note those scheduled as follows:

  1. Joint briefing with the Children, Education and Home Affair’s Panel on Emergency Planning on 12th September at 2:30pm
