- Records of Meetings
To approve record of meetings held on 6th and 7th August 2024.
- Declarations and Conflicts of Interest
Members will be asked to note the declaration of interests section in the Scrutiny and
Public Accounts Committee Proceedings Code of Practice and consider declaring any relevant interests relevant to the items on this agenda.
Scrutiny Matters
- Marine Spatial Plan Review
To receive an update regarding the Marine Spatial Plan Review, to include:
- Stakeholder letters
- Public call for evidence and submissions received
- Scheduling of public hearings
- Communications
- Budget 2025 - 2028
- To note the lodging of the Budget 2025 - 2028 and the Budget Financial Annex by the Council of Ministers and to discuss the Panel’s course of action and Review launch date.
- To note and discuss a briefing paper regarding the Budget 2025-2028.
- To note the approved Terms of Reference, Scoping Document and Communications plan.
- To consider and approve the draft correspondence to the Minister for Housing, Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Infrastructure notifying the launch of the Panel’s Review.
