- To note the lodging of the Draft Employment and Discrimination Tribunal (Jersey) Amendment Regulations 202- by the Minister for Social Security on 22nd October and due for debate at the 10th December sitting and to discuss any next steps, if any.
- To note the lodging of the Draft Employment and Discrimination (Jersey) Amendment Law 202- by the Minister for Social Security on 6th November and due for debate at the 21st January sitting and to discuss next steps if, any.
- To note the lodging of the Draft Termination of Pregnancy (Jersey) Amendment Law 202- by the Minister for Health and Social Services on 6th November and due for debate 21st January 2025 sitting and to discuss next steps, if any.
- Work programme
To discuss the Panel's ongoing work programme and note any topics of interest for future review.
