The Panel considered e-mailed comments form Deputy C. Labey proposing a full report be produced. Having given consideration to that proposal as well as the counter proposal to continue with a brief summary report the Panel agreed to consider the issue in greater detail at its meeting of 27th July. | CA/TO |
