The  Committee  noted  the  outcome  of  the  meeting  between  the President, Chief Minister, Assistant Minister Treasury and Resources, Treasurer of the States [ToS] and Senator Ferguson in respect of the Medium Term Financial Plan as follows:

  1. The ToS would meet the Chairman, Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel and Scrutiny Officer to discuss overview of the MTFP;
  2. The ToS would brief the Scrutiny Officers;
  3. The ToS would brief each Scrutiny Panel with the relevant Chief Officer and Finance Director in attendance.
