1. Report

The Sub-Panel received a copy of the draft report amended to reflect the comments and amendments made at the Sub-Panel's previous meeting. It  was  noted  that  some  work  would  be  required  to  ensure  all  the appropriate tables and graphs were inserted. Nevertheless, the Sub- Panel agreed that the draft report would be circulated to the Department of Treasury and Resources for comment on the factual accuracy. It was noted that the reports provided by MJO Consulting and the Chartered Institute  of  Public  Finance  and  Accountancy  (CIPFA)  would  also  be despatched to the Department. The Sub-Panel was advised that the deadline for any comments to be returned by the Department would be 12th October 2012. It was noted that, in that regard, the Council of Ministers would meet on 11th October 2012 to consider the draft report.
