16/11/12 Item 3 513/36 | 3. Regulations Debate The Sub-Panel recalled its decision to request a delay to the Regulations Debate, which was due to take place on January 29th 2013. The Officer informed the Sub-Panel that a response had been received from the Chief Minister's Department in which the request had been accepted. As a result, the debate has been rescheduled to take place during the 5th March 2013 States Sitting. |

Attorney General requesting a copy of the report, that was received by the Privy Council, in regards to the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law and register of Names and Addresses (Jersey) Law. The Sub-Panel was advised that H.M. Attorney General was unable to provide the Law Officers' Report in respect of either of the Laws due to the fact that it was privileged legal advice. |
