1. McKinsey Review

The Panel returned documentation relating to the McKinsey Report that  it  had  received  on  Thursday  4th  July.  The  Panel  agreed  to request a meeting on 24th July with the Adviser, International Affairs, to  further  discuss  the  documents.  It  would  ask  to  receive  the documents again on the 23rd July on a confidential basis in order to prepare for the meeting, returning them to the Adviser, International Affairs, at the close of that meeting.

The Panel agreed that at this stage it did not envisage undertaking a formal  Review  of  the  implementation  of  the  Mckinsey recommendations, but would maintain an active interest in this area, reconsidering its approach if it so determined.
