Parkside Village Scheme The Panel met in private with Mr. Brian McCarthy and Mr. Ben Ludlam (representing Le Masurier Ltd.) to discuss the company's decision to withdraw proposals for its Parkside Village project in Bath Street, St. Helier, following reported difficulties with the planning process. The Panel received a significant quantity of evidence including copies of correspondence and other papers relating to the proposals.
