The Panel noted that the draft report from its Adviser on the Primary Legislation was due by Monday 17th February. It also noted that it awaited  receipt  of  a  number  of  documents  requested  from  the Economic  Development  Department  as  part  of  its  background research for its work on both the Primary and Subordinate legislation.
