Tourism Shadow Board The Panel received a briefing from the Economic Development Department on the progress of the implementation of the Tourism Shadow Board's recommendation to replace Jersey Tourism with a grant funded, independent organisation. It was noted that the appointment process for the role of Chief Executive Officer for the new organisation was scheduled to begin in September, with the intention of an appointment being made early in 2015. |

It further noted that a site visit to Digital Jersey had been arranged for 10th September, and that its next regular Panel meeting was scheduled to be held on 16th September. |
