1.  Draft Explosives (Jersey) Law 201-

The Panel, approved a draft of an amendment to P.96/2014, Draft Explosives law 201- presented by the Minister for Home Affairs. The amendment required changes to Article 24 of the Law to provide notification of the Connètables of the Parish concerned where a new licence  was  granted  for  a  magazine.  It  also  provide  for  the consultation  of  the  Connètable  in  any  such  considerations.  The amendment was to be presented prior to the 17th June 2014.
