Item 3 25.11.13 512/21 | 1. Car Parks Trading Fund: Impact of Draft Budget Statement 2013 - 5th Amendment The Committee noted that on 16th September 2014 the Minister for Treasury and Resources had lodged au Greffe' the Draft Budget Statement 2015: Fifth Amendment (P.129/2014 Amd.5 refers). The Committee observed that the amendment would, if adopted, sanction the transfer of £2,635,000 from the Car Parks Trading Fund to the consolidated fund for several declared purposes. The Committee approved a comment to the amendment that invited the Minister for Treasury and Resources to update the States Assembly on progress made in implementing the 7 recommendations made by the Committee in its 2013 report on the Car Parks Trading Fund (PAC.3/2013 refers).
