Item 3 02/12/15 513/46 | 1. Jersey International Finance Centre The Panel discussed the recent correspondence from Ernst Young (EY) regarding its invoice claiming an additional £10,000 to the original capped fee of £25,000. The Panel agreed that due primarily to the circumstances outside of EY's control surrounding the delays incurred in obtaining access to data from the States of Jersey Development Company, the additional claim was justifiable. Accordingly, it was of the opinion that the invoice, notwithstanding the cap of £25,000 referred to in the contract, should be settled and requested that its position be relayed to the Greffier in his capacity as Accounting Officer. | JH |
