The Panel agreed that due to the range of matters to be covered, two separate letters should be sent once the content had been finalised by the Chairman in liaison with the Panel's Officer. The Panel recalled its advisers, Ernst and Young LLP, would be undertaking a series of meetings on 13th and 14th May, beginning with the Panel at 8.30am on 13th. Transfer of Functions The Panel further considered the lodging of P.46/2015(Re-issue) Draft States of Jersey (Transfer of Functions No. 8) (Miscellaneous Transfers) (Jersey) Regulations 201- on 6th May 2015. It agreed that it would begin to re-scope its Review and would re-establish contact with proposed advisers. Noting its current and potentially heavy future workload, including Public Sector Reform and Public Sector Pensions, the Panel agreed to update its Work Programme. This would also help it to determine the required timescale for its Transfer of Functions Review. | JH |
