Item 5 15.04.15 513/37(6) | 1. Public Finance (Jersey) Law 2005 - Amendment The Panel held a conference call with its potential expert advisor from CIPFA Business. The Panel outlined its initial concerns regarding the Amendment and asked the advisor what type of review CIPFA would recommend under the circumstances. The Panel was advised that although the changes looked straightforward, more background would need to be understood before giving detailed advice. The Panel agreed to appoint the advisor from CIPFA to assist with its review. The Panel also agreed the advisor visit Jersey to meet with key stakeholders relevant to the review. | JH |
