The Panel discussed the possibility of holding a Public presentation of its interim report. The Panel agreed it would hold a presentation to all States  Members  and  would  discuss  holding  a  Public  presentation following production of its final report. The Panel also discussed a further request from the Department of Treasury and Resources to provide a contact at Ernst Young (EY), the Panel's current advisor, whom the Minister for Treasury and Resources could contact. The Panel did not see this as appropriate and denied the request.

Following recent email correspondence, the Panel agreed that a letter be drafted to the Greffier of the States asking for clarification on the status of various propositions relating to the Waterfront Development. The Panel agreed the officer would liaise directly with the Chairman.
