Transfer of Functions The Panel held a conference call with its advisors, Concerto, regarding the transfer of Jersey Property Holdings from the Department of Treasury and Resources to the Department of Transport and Technical Services. The Panel discussed the next steps for this review and requested a report be drafted based upon the evidence received thus far from its advisors. The Panel also requested a document summarising the written responses received from Stakeholders regarding the transfer of fisheries and aquatic resources from the Department of Economic Development to the Department of the Environment be circulated. The Panel agreed to continue to liaise with the Economic Affairs Scrutiny Panel regarding timelines and the presentation of reports. | JH |

The Panel was informed that the Chief Minister had agreed to a deferral date of 17th November 2015 regarding the draft regulations Public Employees (Pension Scheme) (Jersey) Regulations 201- (P.96/2015, P97/2015, P98/2015, P99/2015 and P100/2015). The Panel agreed a further meeting would be required once the written responses had been received and the advisor's report updated.
