| 1. Records of Meetings The Panel approved the records of the meetings held on 5th, 7th, 11th, 18th, 20th, 24th and 28th August 2015 and 1st, 3rd, 4th and 7th September 2015. The records were signed accordingly. |

Item 1 18/09/15 513/45 | 2. Review of the MTFP 2016 - 2019 The Panel considered the status of its draft report and agreed it would be presented to the States on 2nd October 2015. The Panel made minor amendments and agreed the body of the report could be sent to Stakeholders, once these amendments had been made. The Panel also requested a draft of possible findings and recommendations be circulated for further discussion. The Panel agreed to hold a presentation to all States Members in the States Members room on 5th October 2015 at lunchtime to discuss the report. The Panel discussed the wording and summary report of its proposed amendment on the States payment of rates on property. The Panel approved the amendment and asked that it be forwarded to the Greffier of the States for lodging. | JH |
