1. Quarterly Hearing, Minister for Treasury & Resources

The Panel considered its question plan in preparation of its Quarterly Hearing with the Minister for Treasury and Resources on 2nd March 2015. The Panel also considered an additional question plan presented by the Chairman focusing specifically on the pre-lets of the Jersey International Finance Centre. The Panel made minor changes to both question plans and requested that they be circulated in advance of Monday's meeting.

2. Jersey International Finance Centre

The Panel considered the progress of its Review, noting that a number of submissions had now been received following the recent call for written  evidence.  Further  to  requests  received  from  certain stakeholders, the Panel agreed to a short extension of the submission deadline to enable those stakeholders to complete their submissions.

The Panel's recent comprehensive information request to the Treasury and Resources Department relating to its Review was discussed. It was noted that whilst no formal response had yet been received, due its scope  and  scale  further  discussion  might  be  required  with  the Department to help achieve its timely completion.

The  Panel's  question  plan  and  approach  to matters  relating to  the forthcoming  Public  Hearing  with  the  Minister  for  Treasury  and Resources were discussed and agreed.
