Item 6 02.02.15 513/47 | 2. Re-naming of Ministers and Transfer of Functions The Panel recalled that in February it had received an update from the Chief Minister regarding the likely timetable for the lodging of the draft States of Jersey (Establishment of Minister, Re-Naming of Ministers and Transfer of Functions) (Jersey) Regulations 201-. It had been agreed that further clarity on the Chief Minister's plans would help inform the timing of work to be undertaken by the Panel's advisers, and that the Chief Minister would correspond with the Panel to provide an update on his intended approach to the Regulations. The Panel noted that whilst it awaited receipt of this correspondence, the Chief Minister had recently indicated to the Chairman that this might be expected shortly. |
