Regarding the private record of its meeting held on 22nd January, the Panel agreed to seek clarification from the Greffier of the States in relation to the application of exemption clauses relevant to the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. It further agreed to therefore defer consideration of all records of its meetings until this opinion had been received and discussed. |

Future Meetings The Panel agreed its next scheduled Panel Meeting on 23rd March 2015 and noted a Quarterly Public Hearing with the Minister for External Relations on 26th March 2015 at 1pm in Le Capelain Room, States Building. Deputy S.M. Brée confirmed he would be leaving the next Panel meeting at 11.30am to attend another appointment. |
