Ports of Jersey Incorporation The Panel met with the Minister for Treasury and Resources, the Treasurer of the States, and the Chief Officer and Assistant Director, Economic Development Department to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Ports of Jersey Incorporation. The Panel shared a paper with the Minister detailing a number of suggestions for improvements to the latest draft (version 4.0) of the MOU, which was discussed at length. Topics covered included:
The Minister agreed to consider all of the Panel's suggestions for amendments with a view to providing an updated version of the MOU in time for the debate on the Draft Air And Sea Ports (Incorporation) (Jersey) Law 201-, expected to take place on 2nd June 2015.
