The Panel met all day for the purpose of public hearings with the following witnesses:

• Representatives of the Shadow Board of the Ports of Jersey:

• The  Group  Chief  Executive  Officer  and  the   Deputy  Chief Executive Officer and Director of Resources, Ports of Jersey

• The Minister for Treasury and Resources and the Treasurer of the States, together with the Minister for Economic Development and the Chief Officer for Economic Development

• The  Chief  Executive,  Channel  Islands  Competition  and Regulatory Authorities
