Item 2 14.01.15 515/1/1(3)	2. Ports of Jersey Incorporation The Panel met with Mr. D. Bannister, Group Chief Executive of the Ports of Jersey, officers from the Economic Development Department and representatives of the Law Office and Law Draftsman's Office for a detailed briefing on draft legislation for the incorporation of the Ports of Jersey. The Panel met with the Interim Treasurer of the States, Director, Treasury and Resources, Head of Shareholder Relations, Project Director and Head of Decision Support for a detailed briefing on the use of Memoranda of Understanding for incorporated bodies. This part of the meeting was held in private session under Qualified Exemption Article 35 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
