Item 8 12.01.15 516/42 | 1. Special Education Needs Provision The Chairman welcomed Deputy Martin and thanked her for accepting the invitation to be co-opted to the review. In view of Deputy Martin joining the review, the Panel reconsidered the scoping documents and made some small amendments. There was concern over the timeline, which was increased by two weeks. The engagement of an adviser was considered and it was noted that there were four options available to the Panel. It was agreed that the Chairman would contact the applicants personally. She would report back to the Panel with her findings. It was agreed that this review needed to specifically exempt the health issues that were expected to materialise during the review. The focus was to remain directed at the education issues. The terms of reference were to be amended to reflect that. | MR LD/MR MR |
