07/05/15 Item 3 517/30 | 1. Respite Care for Adults The Panel met with the Minister for Health and Social Services and his Officers to discuss work that was currently being undertaken by the Department in regards to short break services for respite. This briefing was held in private in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (as amended) under Absolute Exemption Articles 25 and 26. The Panel agreed to meet with the Director of Adult Services on a separate occasion as he was unable to attend today's meeting. The Officer was requested to make the necessary arrangements. It was further agreed that once the meeting with the Director of Adult Services had taken place a letter would be drafted to the Minister stating the Panel's position in regards to the development of its review. | SM SM/KB |
